RUN ME THROUGH THE BASICS

Other motorcycle carriers for big dogs have big problems:

Doesn’t put your dog’s safety first

Makes your beautiful bike look really ugly

Ruins the dynamic of your ride

The K9 Moto Cockpit is different because

it's a carrier that doesn't carry her.

Your dog’s heaviest bulk rests directly on the pillion seat through a soft cushion.

WALK ME THROUGH THE DETAILS

What makes the K9 Moto Cockpit unique and effective is a simple, elegant design principle:

It’s the carrier that doesn’t carry her.

Only the portion of the Cockpit that extends off the rear of the motorcycle features a solid bottom platform. The dog’s heaviest bulk – the head and torso – rests directly on the pillion seat through a cushion. The benefits of this are huge:

  1. A sturdy, safe, cushioned enclosure that protects the dog without ruining the ride experience.

  2. Less frame means it’s lightweight and places less strain on the motorcycle chassis.

  3. The carrier can be mounted lower to enable more natural ride dynamics.

The dog feels partly like a passenger and partly like a duffle bag – two load types that most motorcycles were designed to accommodate and that most motorcyclists are accustomed to riding with.

The proof is in the...

1,000s of miles traveled

Dozens of harmless crashes

So, the thrill of riding with your big dog is finally here. Just build it, mount it, and enjoy the ride together.
